  9. Apple Cake
  10. 4 cups diced apples
  11. 2 cups sugar
  12. 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  13. 1 cup chopped nuts
  14. 2 beaten eggs
  15. 2 cups flour
  16. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  17. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  18. 1 teaspoon salt
  19. 2 teaspoons soda
  20. Put apples in large bowl, add sugar and mix.
  21. Add oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla.  Mix well.  Sift flour, soda, cinnamon
  22. and salt together and add to apple mixture.  Mix well.  Put in a 13 x 9 x
  23. 2 in pan.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
